                                Chicken / Meat /Veg- 500 gms. Small Pieces. Rice 750 gms, Boiled with salt to taste. Potatoes 3-4, pieces /250 gms. Yoghurt half cup. Onions 4 medium size/ 250 gms.Sliced .Garlic Paste 1 tbsp. Ginger Paste 1 tbsp. Green Chillies 2-3 Chopped . Oil / Ghee 1 Cup / 200 gms. Water 1 Glass. Mangal Hyderabadi Biryani Masala 50 gms.
                            
                            Method
                            
                                1 Heat oil/ Ghee 7 fry onions till turns golden, add garlic, ginger, potatoes, chicken/Meat ? Veg & fry for 10 min. 2. Add Yoghurt Mangal Hyderabadi Biryani Masala , Green Chillies for 5 Minutes. 3. Add water & cook till meat turns tender &gravy is thickened. 4 . Spread the contents in a large pot & Place the boiled rice over it. 5 .Garish with Fried onions & serve hot.
