Chilli Powder, Coriander, Dry Mango Powder, Cumin, Salt, Garlic, Black Pepper, Ginger, Toover Dal, Fenugreek, Whole Fenugreek, Dry Vegetable ( Kachari), Cinnamon, Cloves, Nutmeg, Mustard, Dehydrated Onion, Asafoetida.

1 Kg Chicken, cut into cubes. 3 tbsp Mangal Chicken Tikka or Paneer. 1 Tbsp each of Ginger and Garlic Paste, 500 Gms curds. A few drops orange red food coloring, 100 Gms Cashew nut paste, 2 Tbsp coriander leat paste, 1 tbsp Red Chilli Paste, Salt to taste.


Mix together all the above ingredients and set aside whole night in the fridge. Preheat the grill, thread the chicken or paneer cubes on skewers cook turning often basting with oil till golden in color. Note : This dish is served as a starter with wine or mocktails and cocktails. It is eaten with slices of raw onions and lime slices accompanied by Phudina Chutney.
