Chicken/ Vegetable 1 kg. onion 200 gms,Salt to Taste. Veg. Ghee/ Oil 30 gms, Coriander Powder 15 gms,1 tbsp. Mangal Kashmiri Masala Paste. 1 tbsp Mangal Chicken Masala


Clean wash Chicken / Vegetable. Heat oil /ghee. Add onion and Fry. Add Mangal Kashmiri Masala Paste. Mixed with 1 tbsp. water and spices. Fry for 2-3 minutes. Add water and Salt simmer till tender and gravy is thick. Add lime juice. Mangal Kashmiri Masala Paste can be used for Chinese Dishes, Vegetable Dished , pasta, Tandoori, Curries and all dishes. for longer life , keep mixed with oil in glass jar.
