20 gms Onion, 4tbsp oil/ ghee/ butter, 4tbsp, Mangal Biryani Paste 100 gms Chopped tomato, 500 gms Rice, 100 gms curds, 500 gms Mixed Vegetables /Chicken / Meat.


Boil rice with salt to taste, fry oion in oil/ ghee/ butter, add Mangal Biryani Paste, tomatoes, curd, and Vegetables/ chicken /Meat. Spread the above mixture on cooked rice and put it on low fire for 10 min. Decorate with Roasted Cashew and Saffron.
