Ingredients
Peanuts, Cashew, Dalia, Variali, Cumin, Coriander, Black Pepper, Chilli, Badiyan, Bayleaves, Black Cardamon, Turmeric.
Required
Potatoes 250 Gms, Mutton Pieces with few bones for stock 750 Gms, Onions 250 Gms, 1 Cup coconut milk, 1/3 cup oil, 3 Cup water.
Method
Heat Oil in a pan add potatoes & fry for 5 minutes & keep the potatoes aside. Add onions & fry for 8 minutes. Add meat and fry for 5 minutes. Add water, Mangal Bori Kari Masala salts to taste & cook for 20 minutes. Add the potatoes & coconut milk, cook covered for 10 minutes until Meat is tendered. Garnish with Roasted Cashews & serve hot.
