Ingredients

Chillies, Coriander, Salt, Garlic, Dry Mango, Fenugreek, Black Salt, Ginger, Turmeric, Trifalla, Roasted Gram, Bay Leaves, Fennel, Curry Leaves, Cumin, Black Pepper, Black Cardamon, Sesame Seed, Cinnamon, Cloves, Dry Vegetable ( Kachari), Citric.

Required

1 whole chicken, cleaned. 1 cup thick yoghurt. 1tbsp.Mangal ginger and garlic paste. 2 tbsp Mangal Tandoori Chicken Masala. Few drops of orange red food cloring. 4 tbsp ghee. 1 tbsp Mangal Degchi Mirch Powder. 2 tbspgrated raw papaya. 1 medium onion .Salt to taste.

Method

1. gind together ginger ,garlic onion and papaya to paste . Mix enough colour into yoghurt to give it bring orange red tinge. 2. Mix the yoghurt with the remaining ingredients. 3. Make deep slits on the chicken with the help of a sharp knife. 4. Rub the yoghurt mixture on the chicken and set in the fridge whole night. 5. Next days skewer the chicken and roast in a tandoor, remove from the tanoori after 10 minutes and baste all over with melted ghee, place once again in the tandoor and cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Note:-if you do not have tandoor the grill over open charcoal fire, you can also grill under the griller or cook in an oven for half an hour. It is served as a starter and is eaten with Pudina Chutey and Raw onion and lime slices.
