Leg of Mutton 50 Gms , Tomato 115 Gms. Ginger Garlic 15 Gms, Onion 115 Gms, 1 Tbsp Mangal Roganjosh Masala.
Clean and cut meat in 1" pieces with bones. Chop onions, grind ginger- garlic and Mangal Roganjosh Masala. Heat Ghee / oil. Fry onions and ground masala, tomatoes and meat. Fry for 5 minutes. Cook till meat is tender.
