500 Gms Minced Mutton or Kheema, 2 Cups Curds, 4 Tbsp Mangal Kheema Masala, 2 Medium Onions & Tomatoes, finely chopped, 1 Tbsp each of Ginger and Garlic Paste. 2 Green Chilies, Minced. 2 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves. 2 Hard boiled eggs cut into thin rings. Salt and Chilli powder to taste.


Mix together curds, Ginger, Garlic, Kheema, and Salt and keep a side for Half an hour. Heat 4 Tbsp oil and fry onions till soft, mix in kheema along with Mangal Masala & Chillies. Cook till the oil comes to the top, add 2 cups water and cook over a slow fire till the kheema is done. Decorate with coriander leaves and eggs, serve with pav.
