MEat / Chicken 1kg, Yoghurt 2 Cups, Tomatoes 6-7 medium size, Big Green Chillies 6-8 side slitted, Lemon Juice 2 tbsp, Oil /Ghee 1 Cup 150 Gms, Water 2 Glass, Mangal Aachar Ghosh Masala 50 Gms 1 Pkt.


Mix 1 1/2 Tbsp of Mangal Aachar Ghosh Masala & Lemon Juice & stuff the green chilies with mixture. Heat oil in pan & add Meat / Chicken with mashed Tomatoes. Add yogurt & the balance Mangal Aachar Ghosh Masala & stir for 5 to 10 minutes. Add water & cook till the Meat / Chicken tenders. Add stuffed green chillies & let it cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Garnish with green coriander & serve hot.Thus your recipe with Indian spices masala is ready.
