Meat 1 Kg, Mangal Nihari Masala 3 tbsp, Ghee 250 Gms, Atta or Cornflour 75 Gms, 1 Onion.


Heat 1 Cup Ghee. Add Meat and Mangal Nihari Spice Mix. Fry well. Add about 6 to 8 glasses of water. Cover & cook on a slow flame till tender. Dissolve the cornflour in one glass of cold water & addto the gravy, stirring constantly. Add round sliced Onion to gravy & Simmer for a while. Serve Garnished with Ginger, Green Chillies & Lime Juice.
