Red Kidney Beans 200 Gms, Oil/Ghee 4tbs, Mangal Rajmah Masala 4 Tbs, Medium Size Onions 2 - Chopped.

Method

Soak Red Kidney Beans Overnight , Cook & Keep Then Aside. Heat Ghee/Oil In A Deep Pan. Fry Onions Until They Turn Light Brown, Add Mangal Rajmah Masala And Salt To Taste. Add Cooked Kidney Beans And Simmer For A Few Minutes. Serve Hot With Freshly Chopped Coriander Leaves, Tomato & Lemon Slices.
