Ingredients
Roasted Clove, Cardamom, Turmeric, Chilli, Coriander, Cumin, Pepper, Mango Powder, Dry Ginger, Salt.
Required
100 Gms Potatoes, 50 Gms French Beans, 100 Gms Cauliflour, 50 Gms Carrots, 100 Gms Green Peas, 50 Gms Onions, 4 Tbsp Mangal Sabji Masala.
Method
Clean and cut all the vegetables into small pieces. Heat oil and add finely chopped onions. Stir in 4 Tbsp of Mangal Sabji Masala with desired quantity of water and salt and add cut vegetables. Cover and cook on low flame. Serve garnished with fresch coriander leaves.
