Ingredients

Turmeric, roasted cloves, cinnamon, cardamom, bengal gram, dry green chillies, sugar, cumin, mustard, fenugreek, curry leaves, asafoetida

Required

Curd 500 ml., gramflour 125 gms., cumin seeds 1/4 tbsp, whole red chillies 4 nos, ghee/oil 25 ml., mangal kadhi masala 2 tbsp., salt to taste, water 4 cups, curry leaves 7-8 nos.

Method

Beat the curd, gramflour, and water well. Heat this mixture, add salt & mangal kadhi masala bring it to boil. Heat ghee/ oil in a pan, add cumin seeds, chillies, curry leaves & pour over the kadhi. Mix well & serve hot. Add pakoras for kadhi pakora.
