● 2 tbsp. of Cooking Oil ● 2 tbsp. of Tomato puree ● 1½ cup of Water ● ½ tbsp. Butter ● 250 gms. of pre-cooked chicken (can be substituted for any protein/vegetable of your choice) ● 1 portion Mangal Butter chicken spice mix


1. Add 1 portion of the Mangal Butter chicken spice mix, 2 tbsp. neutral cooking oil, 2 tbsp. of tomato puree, 1 ½ cup of water and ½ tbsp butter to a pan 2. Stir the content of the pan on a medium heat for approximately 5 Minutes, till it comes to a simmer 3. Add 250 gms. of pre-cooked chicken (or pre-cooked protein/vegetable ) to the pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes 4. Serve the dish hot
