● 2 tbsp. of neutral cooking oil ● 1 tbsp. of tomato puree (pulp) ● 250 gms. boiled potato ● 1 cup of water ● 1 portion Mangal Dum Aloo spice mix


1. Add 1 portion of the Mangal Dum Aloo spice mix, 2 tbsp. neutral cooking oil, 1 tbsp. of tomato puree and 1 cup of water to a pan 2. Stir the content of the pan on a medium heat for approximately 5 Minutes, till it comes to a simmer 3. Add the 250gms. pre-boiled potato to the pan and continue to cook for 5 more minutes on a medium heat 4. Serve the dish hot
