Ingredients

Onion Powder, Tomato Powder, Sunflower Oil, Red Kidney Beans, Salt, Ginger Powder, Garlic Powder, Fenugreek Leaves, Corn Starch, Sugar, Citric Acid, Chillies, Turmeric.

Required

● 150 gms. boiled and drained rajma or a can of drained red kidney beans ● 2 tbsp. of neutral cooking oil ● 2 tbsp. of tomato puree (pulp) ● 1 cup of water ● 1 portion Mangal Rajma spice mix

Method

1. Add 1 portion of the Mangal Rajma spice mix, 2 tbsp. neutral cooking oil, 2 tbsp. of tomato puree and 1 cup of water to a pan 2. Stir the content of the pan on a medium heat for approximately 5 Minutes, till it comes to a simmer 3. Add the kidney beans to the pan and continue to cook for 5 minutes 4. Serve the dish hot
