Required

750 gms Meat/ Vegetable, 600 gms Basmati Rice, 225 gms Tomato, 200 gms Potato, 1tbsp. Mangal Ginger paste,1 tbsp Mangal Ginger paste. 225 Gms Onion. 150 gms Yoghurt. 125 gms Cooking oil.

Method

10 Fry onion add tomato and fry till oil separates.2. Add ginger & garlic Paste, yoghurt, potatoes and Mangal Original Bombay Biryani Masala. Stir fry add water (Mutton/ Chicken/ Vegetable) with 2 cup of water.Cover and cook on low falme till meat is tender. stir fry till oil separates.3. Separately Boil. in 15 cups of water and salt to taste and soaked rice. boil rice until 3/4 cooked. Remove and drain thoroughly. 4. spread rice (half0 in pot and pour cooked (Chicken /Mutton ) curry. Topwith remaining rice and cooked on a low flame till smells come out. (for 5-10 min.)
