1 kg Basmati Rice. 1Onion. 2 tbsp Ghee,Silver Leaf (wark), 1 pkt Mangal Pulao Masala 1/4 kg. Vegetable or Meat.

Method

Prepare Rice,Fry onion in tbsp Ghee and put boiled Vegetables or Meat or Chicken along with 1/2 pkt of Mangal Pulao Masala and cook while mixing with the rice Fry 1/2 Pulao Masala in Ghee. Get good flavour and pour on the rice layer & decorate with silver Leaf.
