PUNJABI ACHAR  MASALA :  
Required: mangal Punjabi achar masala 250 GM, raw mango 1 kg or  mix of mango-lemon-green chilly, carrot and other vegetables 1 kg,  mustatard/veg oil 250 ml.
Method:cut all the vetables into small pieces and add mangal punjabi achar mix in a dry utensil. keep it for 2 days. add 250 ml of  mustard or refined heated oil.

red chilies, salt, fenugreek, mustard, fennel, veg. oil, kalongi, turmeric, asafetida.

READY PICKLE MIX:
Required: mangal ready pickle mix 250 gm, raw mangoes/lemonsapples 1 kg, mustard oil or sesame oil 250 gm
Method: cut the mango/lemons/apples into small pieces ( throw away the kernal)  and mix with  mangal ready pickle masala in a dry stailess steel utensil, put this mixture in a dry clean jar.  heat oil and allow it to cool for a day . pour this cooled oil on the top the pickle mix in the jar.  you can prepare any vetable pickle in a similar manner using carrots, cauliflower, chillies, etc, with mangal ready pickle mix. in  case of vetble pickle sprinkle a little lime juice.

tava fry  Masala:  
Method: stuff vegetables like   potatoes, lady fingers, bitter gourd, egg plants, tomatoes etc.  with mangal tava fry masala and cook them on a pan on a low flame. 
Ingredients
coriander,salt, mango powder, red chilies, pepper, mustard, nutmeg, nigella, bishop weeds,  ginger, cumin, cardomom, caraway, mace.

maharaj ki dal masala:
Required: toor dal 500 gm, yam/potato, mangal maharaj ki dal masala 2 tbsp, tamarind pulp 20 gm, jaggery 10 gm, peanuts 50 gm. 
Method: cook the dal, add the tamarind pulp, jaggery, yam/potato, peanuts and mangal maharaj ki dal masala. saute musturd seeds & curry leaves add this to dal, simmer it for 15 minutes, serve garnished with chopped coriander leaves.

red chilies, coriander, fenugreek, mustard, cumin, turmeric, salt, pepper, mango powder, star anis seed, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, oil, asofetida.
