Method:
stuff vegetables like potatoes, lady fingers, bitter
gourd, egg plants, tomatoes etc. with mangal tava fry
masala and cook them on a pan on a low flame.
Ingredients:
coriander,salt, mango powder, red chilies, pepper, mustard,
nutmeg, nigella, bishop weeds, ginger, cumin, cardomom,
caraway, mace.

maharaj
ki dal masala:
Required:
toor dal 500 gm, yam/potato, mangal maharaj ki dal
masala 2 tbsp, tamarind pulp 20 gm, jaggery 10 gm,
peanuts 50 gm.
Method:
cook the dal, add the tamarind pulp, jaggery,
yam/potato, peanuts and mangal maharaj ki dal masala.
saute musturd seeds & curry leaves add this to dal,
simmer it for 15 minutes, serve garnished with chopped
coriander leaves.
Ingredients:
red
chilies, coriander, fenugreek, mustard, cumin, turmeric,
salt, pepper, mango powder, star anis seed, cardamom,
cloves, cinnamon, oil, asofetida.
